All orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. We will do out best to get orders placed after 12:00 pm EST standard time shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00 pm EST using next day or 2nd day shipping please contact us and we will be happy to let you know if your order can ship out that day. Sportsdepot.com can ship your package to virtually any address within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We can ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses as well. We offer a variety of shipping methods and use several different carriers to ensure your package is there when you need it. Simply tell us how quickly you need to receive your order, and we will make every possible effort to accommodate you. Sometimes we are forced to send split shipments. If this is the case there will be no extra shipping charges. There are four primary ways we ship purchases, depending on how quickly you need your items: Standard Delivery arrives within 5 to 8 business days from the time you place your order depending where you live. We use UPS and the USPS for standard ground deliveries. Please note, however, that packages sent to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and are not traceable after they leave our warehouse. 3 Day Select Delivery arrives within 3 to 4 business days from the time you place your order. We use several different carriers to ensure your package is there when you need it. 2nd Day Air Delivery arrives within 2 to 3 business days from the time you place your order. We use several different carriers to ensure your package is there when you need it. This shipping option is not available to PO Boxes Next Day Air Delivery arrives within 1 to 2 business days from the time you place your order. We use several different carriers to ensure your package is there when you need it. This shipping option is not available to PO Boxes Please note business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please note there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We do ship to Canada. Our free shipping offers do not apply to Canadian orders. Only USPS shipping can be used to Canada. The responsibility for any and all fees, taxes or duty that are required in the shipping of a package to Canada are NOT included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the party placing that order. If an order that is shipped to Canada is refused or returned as undeliverable, any and all charges, fees, taxes or duty associated with the return of that package are the sole responsibility of the party that placed the order. International Shipping (Outside of the USA) sportsdepot.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department. 
If your order is taking a day or two or longer than you thought ? If you placed an order for an item that usually ships in 1 to 2 business days and selected domestic Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days, depending upon where you live), your total delivery time would be 1 to 2 business days (availability) + 5 to 8 business days (shipping time). In other words, you could expect your package to be delivered within 6 to 10 business days of placing your order. If you selected domestic 2nd Day Shipping (3 business days), your total delivery time would be 3 to 4 business days (availability) + 2 business days (shipping time). If you selected domestic Next Day Shipping (1 to 2 business days, depending on the time the order was placed), your total delivery time would be 1 to 3 business days (availability) + 1 business day (shipping time). |
