Return Policy

Our returns policy is simple. Within 60 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund. Used items, and any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts cannot be returned and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Your refund request will be processed 3 to 5 business days from the time the item is received. However, it may take 2-3 business days from the date of issue for your refund to display on your credit card statement.

 
Free Shipping is not Offered on Exchanges
Defective items can be exchanged for the identical item only, a refund cannot be issued. In the event that the defective item has been discontinued the current version of that item will be substituted Some manufacturers require that their items be returned directly to them, please call us for details.
 
 
 
There is no warranty or guarantee on wooden bats
 
Orders for Douglas Custom Pro (CP Series) shoulder pads cannot be altered or canceled once the order is placed.

Football eye shields must be in the original package with all the original parts to be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
 
Football eye shields that have been put on a helmet are considered used and are not returnable or exchangeable.
 
Football eye shields that have any marks or scratches on them are not returnable or exchangeable and can only be returned to a customer at the customer's expense.
 
Jerseys that have been personalized with lettering and or numbering are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
 
Once an order for a custom jersey has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled
 
Custom orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

  • We will issue refunds in the same manner that the payment was made.
  • Refused orders: If you refuse an order only the price of the item or items on that order will be refunded. You will still be responsible for the shipping charges associated with that order
 
How to Return an Item
Include in the return package a copy of the exchange/refund form for the item that you are returning. If you do not have a refund/exchange form, you can find one here Return Form Simply indicate that you would like a refund for the item as well as the reason for your return. Please pack the package securely and for your protection, we recommend that you insure your return package and make sure you keep a copy of the package tracking number.

Our free economy shipping on Under Armour products does not apply to exchanges. We cannot offer free shipping on any exchanges and if you attempt to return the item or items for a refund and then place a new order the shipping charges will be applied.

How to Exchange an Item

Exchanges are subject to the additional shipping charge required to ship the exchanged product.
 
If you are shipping an item back to us for an exchange due to our error, you MUST use economy shipping. We cannot issue a credit for any other method of return shipping.
